Blog Hop

Book Blogger Hop

Blog Hop Time

This hop is hosted by Crazy-For-Books and what makes it fun is there is a question posted that all participents have to answer
The Question this week is:

"If you could physically put yourself into a book or series…which one would it be and why?"
I have two answers....I hope that is allowed

Answer #1. Pride and Prejudice - I love this book and the time period it is set in and it is no secret that I am passionately in love with Mr. Darcy in fact I refer to my MacBook as Mr. Darcy.... weird I know.
I am seeking help for my naming affliction.

Answer # 2. Harry Potter - I am a huge Harry Potter Nerd. I love everything about the books and I would love to be a Professor at Hogwarts. I would be the Professor of Library Studies or the Professor of Technology and upgrade them from quills to iPads.

Enjoy the Hop! Thanks for stopping by.

Hi! I'm hoping over. I first thought to take Pride and Predjudice, too. But I decided for another. Find out here!

Haha, Professor of Technology would be a great job to have at Hogwarts! I am your newest follower via the hop and I'd really appreciate it if you stopped by my blog to follow me too and read some of my reviews if you have time...

Thanks and I hope you're having a wonderful start to your weekend. :)

Apologies in advance for my answer this week as it will not immediately resonate with the book blogger population which happens to be 99.5% female.

My choice is a book series geared towards guys which won’t enthrall the vast majority of my fellow book bloggers (who are almost entirely female) with the extensive discussion of powerful weapons and sexy milspec gear, beautiful women, eye-popping action sequences (with occasionally obscene violence), and the like.

But there IS something in my answer that just about everyone of the female persuasion can benefit from my decidedly “books for guys” post. Hop on over to http://www.howardsherman.net to find out what it is.

Happy Hop Friday!

Hi I was hopping through and decided to sit a while and check things out. I found what I read to be fascinating. I too am in the IT department and absolutely hate it - but it pays the bills!
Come on over and sit a while you might find we have more things in common!

Hopping through and now following, too! Great book selections. I would love to be in Pride and Prejudice :) However, I went with your second selection of the Potter series.

Take care & happy reading,
Ms. C

Wow! You aren't alone! It seems those are popular choices...for obvious reasons! I guess I'm a little more...well, you decide...I chose "Little House on the Prairie".
Have a great week!

I would place myself in Ana Castillo's novel "So Far From God." That book is soo rich in culture and the characters are so unique and well rounded.

Pride and Prejudice sounds like a good one to be part of.

Hope you have a fun hop.

I'm not sure which book to choose as I usually read murder mysteries. Could be a scary place to end up . . .
